A free, apprentice-built study resource for every Canadian skilled trades worker preparing for Red Seal certification.
The idea for this site came out of frustration: when preparing for the Red Seal 421A exam, it was nearly impossible to find free, comprehensive practice questions that actually matched the exam format and the 2023 Red Seal Occupational Standard (RSOS). Most resources were either paywalled, outdated, or too generic to be useful.
So I built this one myself — and decided to make it free for every apprentice in Canada.
Every Canadian skilled trades apprentice deserves access to high-quality, exam-accurate study materials — regardless of where they live or how much they can afford to spend on prep materials.
All questions are mapped to the 2023 Red Seal Occupational Standards — the same framework used in real provincial exams.
No paywalls, no sign-up required, no credit card. Quality exam prep should be accessible to every apprentice.
Every answer includes a full explanation — the kind of reasoning that actually helps you understand the concept, not just memorize it.
Practice questions are reviewed and expanded regularly. We track changes to the RSOS and update content accordingly.

There's also an Exam Registration Guide covering provincial contacts, what to bring, fees, and what happens after you pass. Plus in-depth career guides for each trade covering apprenticeship requirements, wage data, and exam strategies.
